Delete your data
You can delete journals, artifacts, and other content without deleting your Gallery Mate account.
Delete in the app (immediate)
- Open Gallery Mate and sign in.
- Open a journal to delete that journal, or an exhibit to delete that exhibit.
- You can also remove individual photos, links, chapters, and posters from a journal.
Request deletion without the app
If you no longer have the app, submit the email on your account and describe what to delete. We will keep the account unless you ask us to remove it. We may email that address to confirm it is you.
What you can delete
- Individual journals, exhibits, photos, links, chapters, posters, and other content you created.
- Your account stays active unless you also request account deletion. We may retain limited records required by law, such as store purchase history.
