Delete your account
You can delete your Gallery Mate account and the data tied to it. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
Delete in the app (immediate)
- Open Gallery Mate and sign in.
- Go to Profile.
- Tap Delete account and confirm.
Request deletion without the app
If you no longer have the app, submit the email address on your account. We will process the request and delete the account and associated data. We may email that address to confirm it is you.
What is deleted
- Your account, profile, journals, artifacts, chats, credits, settings, and other data tied to the account.
- We may retain limited information where required by law or for legitimate business purposes—for example purchase records held by Apple or Google, or diagnostic logs no longer linked to an active account.
